Products
Our rugs have 5 sizes:
- XS: 60 cm x 91 cm (2 ft x 3 ft)
- S: 91 cm x 152 cm (3 ft x 5 ft)
- M: 122 cm x 183 cm (4 ft x 6 ft)
- L: 152 cm x 244 cm (5 ft x 8 ft)
- XL: 158 cm x 274 cm (5.2 ft x 9 ft)
During manufacturing and shipping, the rug may shrink, so the size will be 1 – 3cm different.
Depending on the shooting angle and room light, the product image may be darker or lighter than the actual product. Therefore, customers should consider it carefully before making purchase.
During transportation, the rug may get wrinkled. Simply spread the rug flat and leave it for 3 days, the rug will be wrinkle-free. In case after 3 days there are still wrinkles on the rug, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Straighten the rug
- Step 2: Use a white towel to place on the wrinkled area of the rug
- Step 3: Use an iron right on the wrinkled area and press it hard
- Step 4: Use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the rug after the ironing is complete.
Shipping
Processing Time is the lead time for making rug as your order. It usually takes 7 – 9 business days.
Our standard shipping time for transit item from our factory to your delivery address is 10 – 15 business days.
Our total delivery time, includes processing time and transit time, is 17 – 24 business days.
Returns and Refunds
Our accepted payment method is Stripe Payment. The below cards are available:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover
- American Express
In case you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us via email at support@amihomecollection.com so that we can assist you.
Cases with 100% refund:
- The actual product is different from the image shown on the website (except for the case that the color may be darker or lighter due to the light and the sample shooting angle)
- The product material is different from the material described in the detailed product description.
- The product is damaged/defective during shipping
- Product delivery time is late due to our fault
Our time window for any complain or request of returns or refunds is within 30 days from receiving product.
You can provide us with the required pictures as follows:
- Shipping Label Image
- Product SKU Image
- Product pictures and defects you found (wrong material, different styles, different sizes)
Please email this information as we only process returns via email.
Within 30 business days, we will refund you through the payment gateway to the account that you used to make a payment. Please be aware that it may take 1 – 3 days to get full amount due to policy of your bank or card issuer.
